American Idol mentor and radio host Bobby Bones is officially a married man. He wed Caitlin Parker in an at-home ceremony in Nashville over the weekend. The couple shared the details of their nuptials with People magazine, and it sounds like it was a lot of fun. There were several famous names on the guest list, and the couple even included their dogs in the festivities.
Bones, 41, and Parker, 29, were married at the home they bought together in Nashville. As Parker told People, “if we’re getting married in Nashville, we’re getting married at the house.”
The groomsmen reportedly walked out to the theme song from The Office. One of them was retired tennis player Andy Roddick. The couple’s dogs Stanley and Eller were also involved, walking down the aisle in bow ties and pearls. The pair wrote their own vows and were married by Parker’s music minister from childhood, Jeff Elkins.
Guests at the wedding included country stars Dierks Bentley and Jake Owen, as well as radio host Charlamagne Tha God. During cocktails, a string quartet called White Door Events floated in the pool while performing. The couple’s first song, performed by Dan + Shay, was the Full House version of the Beach Boys’ “Forever.”
The wedding even featured a Sonic Drive-In pop-up serving onion rings and hot chicken sliders. Bones used to bring Parker Sonic drinks when they first started dating and he picked her up from the airport, so the food has special meaning to them.

Bones and Parker met through mutual friends and had been dating for a few months before the pandemic hit. Parker chose to move from California to Tennessee to be with Bones during quarantine. She chose to officially move to Nashville in the summer of 2020.
“When she finally agreed to move here, I just knew I was going to propose,” Bones told People. He added, “I wasn’t freaked out and that’s how I knew it was right.”
Bones proposed to Parker in their barn in October. Parker said of her decision to say yes: “When I’m with him, there’s such a strong sense of peace about us no matter what it is we’re going through that day. I just know he’s the one for me.”
