C'est ce qui ressort d'une enquête de l’Union sport & cycle, première organisation professionnelle de la filière du sport et des loisirs, que Localtis a pu consulter.
Le recul en volume du nombre de marchés publics liés aux équipements sportifs et de loisir en France en 2020 est estimé à 39%.
Interrogé par un sénateur sur la question de savoir si un prestataire ayant déjà participé à la phase préparatoire d'un marché public pouvait ensuite présenter une offre pour ce même marché, le ministère de l'Intérieur a répondu positivement. Il s'appuie en effet sur la jurisprudence de la Cour de justice des Communautés européennes (aff. C-21/03 et C-34/03, Fabricom SA contre Etat belge, 3 mars 2005) pour autoriser la candidature d'une entreprise ayant participé à la phase préparatoire du marché.

That includes the original 9-year-old tour of an underwater reflection on free market and individualist extremism, its 5-year-old “collectivism can be nuts too!” sequel, and 2013’s BioShock Infinite, the comparably gonzo outlier shooter that’s pretty much impossible to summarize here.
